This is the message we most want to receive. If a figure here does not match a Services Australia letter or the official DSS rates list, tell us. Accuracy is the whole point of this site. Include the page and the figure you expected to see. We check every report against the official source and reply from the same address.

What we cannot help with

We cannot answer questions about your own payment, your eligibility, or your claim, and we have no access to your Centrelink record. For anything about your personal circumstances, contact Services Australia on servicesaustralia.gov.au or through your myGov account. We are an independent publisher, not a government service.
